Named approver, defined device, approved action, escalation path, and rollback instructions before work begins.
Arrival context, asset label, before condition, work-in-progress exceptions, after condition, and final status—never screens containing secrets.
Timestamped handoffs, carrier and tracking details, tamper condition, serial numbers, storage location, and final disposition.
Arrival/departure, labor time, actions, parts, validation results, exceptions, photographs, and customer acceptance.

Technician readiness
Credential handling
Customers provide time-limited credentials through an approved encrypted vault or one-time secret link. Access is restricted to the assigned technician, never photographed, and removed immediately after validation.
The final provider will be selected and configured before this workflow is activated.
Request service
For emergencies, call dispatch. For scheduled work, email the ticket details and requested maintenance window. Do not include passwords or private keys.
